According to available information, Srouji is considering leaving the company, which is actively trying to retain him. As reported by Bloomberg, Srouji has already discussed his intentions with Tim Cook, although the motives for his potential departure are not yet clear. It is possible that he has been offered more attractive terms. In response, Apple has offered him a salary increase, expanded responsibilities, and possibly the position of Chief Technology Officer, which would place him directly under Tim Cook.
