Barcelona’s central defender Ronald Araújo remains sidelined due to psychological issues. The 26-year-old player took the criticism he faced following his sending-off in the Champions League match against Chelsea (0:3) hard. The Uruguayan informed the club that he is currently unable to take to the pitch and has been given a rest. According to journalist Helena Condis, Barcelona still does not know when the player can return to action. As previously reported, the Catalan giant is prepared to enter the transfer market in January to sign a replacement for the center-back. On Tuesday, the Blaugrana will face Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League.
