«Реал» expects to gain over 400 million euros from the operation of the updated «Santiago Bernabéu» this season.
It is reported that the club’s total revenues are projected to reach 1.248 billion euros (+5% from last season), and approximately one-third, 402.5 million euros, will come from stadium usage proceeds.
Last season, solely from business operations within the complex (excluding match ticket sales), the club earned 79.1 million euros, of which 52.6 million were revenues from «Bernabéu» tours, 15.4 million from various events and concerts, and 10.3 million from restaurants.
This season, tour revenues are anticipated to increase by 31%. A notable growth in income is also forecast due to gastronomic areas, VIP sections, and global events. Furthermore, the SkyBar establishment, considered the main gem of the «Bernabéu», has not yet opened.
A full resumption of concert activities and the launch of the Bernabéu Infinito project (in partnership with Apple), which permits attending the stadium via virtual reality goggles, are expected shortly.
