At the CES 2026 exhibition, Roborock unveiled a collection of new offerings, among which was the innovative Saros Rover robotic vacuum cleaner.
Unlike rivals that employ tracked mechanisms, the Saros Rover features two extendable “legs” on its sides. These limbs elevate the device while maintaining poise and steadiness. Thanks to its self-balancing mechanism, the gadget doesn’t topple even when jostled, and the distinctive “two wheels plus legs” configuration enables it to execute turns and minor jumps.
The primary advancement is its capability to move sideways up stairs by alternately maneuvering the legs, allowing it to clean every step effectively. The cost and release schedule for the Saros Rover have not yet been disclosed, but this robot vacuum cleaner certainly will not be inexpensive.
