The Islanders have traded Russian forward Maxim Tsyplakov to New Jersey, the NHL’s press service announced.
Czech forward Ondřej Palát moves to the Islanders. Furthermore, the New York-based team acquired a third-round pick in the 2026 NHL Draft, along with a sixth-round selection in the 2027 Draft.
So far this NHL season, Tsyplakov has participated in 27 games, registering one goal and one assist.
