The Norwegian football club Bodø/Glimt secured a victory over Italy’s Inter in the initial fixture of the Champions League play-off qualification round.
The match, held in Bodø, concluded with a 3-1 scoreline favoring the home side. For the winning team, the goals were scored by Sondre Fet (at the 20th minute), Jens Hauge (61st minute), and Kasper Høgh (64th minute). Inter’s sole goal came from Pio Esposito (30th minute).
Nikita Haikin, the Russian goalkeeper for the Norwegian side, played the entire duration of the game and made three saves.
The return leg is scheduled for February 24th in Milan.
