The United States Department of Homeland Security has reported disruptions at airports amidst the partial government shutdown.
The agency indicated that air travel hubs “from coast to coast” are experiencing flight delays, hours-long security screening queues, and instances of missed departures.
“The Democrats bear direct responsibility for this chaos,” stated the department in a post on the social media platform X.
