The star shared an impassioned video message with her fanbase via her personal social media, announcing scheduled performances in Paris during September and October of this year. These concerts will take place at the Paris La Défense Arena, a venue boasting a capacity of 40,000 people.
“This year, I’m receiving the most wonderful birthday present imaginable. I have the opportunity to see all of you, to perform for you again in Paris, kicking off in September! I am feeling well, I am strong, I am excited—a bit nervous, naturally, but above all, I am immensely grateful to every single one of YOU! I send all my love. See you very soon!” the artist exclaimed.
It’s worth remembering that four years ago, Celine Dion disclosed the rare and challenging medical condition that significantly impacted her professional life: Stiff Person Syndrome, which notably affects, among other things, the vocal cords.
