A 22-year-old high school teacher has been taken into custody in Wisconsin, facing accusations of child sexual abuse. Authorities have indicated, according to Us Weekly, that “multiple victims” among the student body have been identified.
On March 25, 2026, staff from the Eau Claire school district alerted law enforcement regarding “potential inappropriate relationships between an employee and a student,” as stated in a release from the local police department. A school resource officer initiated an inquiry, gathering details concerning the purported criminal actions of Nadia M. Horn, who is employed at the school. Police reports suggest Horn was part of the special education staff.
“During the course of the investigation, multiple victims were identified,” the police noted. Horn has subsequently been charged with sexual assault of a child by a school employee and second-degree sexual assault of a child. As of March 27, there was no public information confirming whether she had secured legal counsel.
Superintendent Mike Johnson confirmed in a communication to parents and guardians that the employee has been placed on unpaid leave pending the outcome of the review process. “Upon learning of the alleged misconduct by an employee, we immediately notified law enforcement,” the statement read. Horn is currently being held at the Eau Claire County Jail.
