New Jersey Devils forward Arseni Gritsyuk has announced that his surgery was successful.
The 25-year-old Russian will be sidelined for the remainder of the season.
“Everything’s good, I’m already home. It seems everything went fine, hugged everyone.
Just while I was in surgery, something happened at the club [New Jersey Devils General Manager and President of Hockey Operations Tom Fitzgerald departed], but whatever, that doesn’t concern me right now, so I’ll get in touch tomorrow,” Gritsyuk stated on his Telegram channel.
In his debut NHL season, Gritsyuk participated in 66 games, tallying 31 points (13 goals and 18 assists).
