According to a report from The Guardian newspaper.
The United Arab Emirates has recently lost its standing as a secure haven for the world’s elite following recent military strikes launched by Iran, journalists observe. Concurrently, authorities in London scrapped the preferential scheme that previously exempted expatriates from taxation on their foreign earnings.
Experts clarified that under these evolving circumstances, Italy has emerged as the most desirable destination for relocation. The Italian administration extends a special tax arrangement to new residents, involving an annual flat-rate contribution set at €300,000.
“Italy presents superior terms: a predetermined tax rate coupled with an excellent standard of living,” stated Arman Arton, a consultant specializing in investment programs.
