As insider Ice Universe reports, as of December 31, 2025, 15.57 million Apple iPhone 17 series smartphones were sold in China. To grasp how substantial this is: the Xiaomi 17 series is in second place with 2,828,300 devices sold. This means Apple devices are roughly 5.5 times more popular than their closest pursuers. Yet, during the debut of the Xiaomi 17, company representatives claimed these models could certainly compete with Apple smartphones.
The Huawei Mate 80 series trails the Xiaomi 17 series by nearly twofold—1,460,600 units were sold. Vivo X300 flagships moved 1,024,900 units, and in fifth place are Oppo flagships with a result of 792,600 units. It turns out the iPhone 17 outsold all other flagships combined by approximately 2.8 times.
