This week, Microsoft rolled out its routine cumulative updates for supported Windows versions, which, predictably, introduced fresh issues for users.
For instance, in Windows 11 version 23H2, enabling the System Guard Secure Launch feature resulted in failures related to system shutdown and hibernation. Furthermore, Windows 11, Windows 10, and Windows Server experienced authentication and connectivity malfunctions within remote access applications such as the Windows App, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365.
To address these specific glitches, Microsoft engineers swiftly prepared and deployed out-of-band updates, designated as KB5077744 and KB5077797, respectively.
