“Barcelona” fell to “Real” in a legends showdown.
The Catalan team suffered a 0-2 defeat against “Real” in a friendly match featuring former players. This contest took place in Costa Rica this past Sunday.
Antonio Núñez ignited the scoring in the 24th minute, and just three minutes later, in the 27th, Guti extended the Madrid side’s lead by finding the net from the edge of the penalty area.
The “Real” legends lineup featured: Casillas, Núñez, Pepe, Congó, Balboa, Campo, Guti, R. Bravo, Sanz, de la Red, and Makelele.
Additionally, Olalla, Agus, Contreras, Barral, and Morlán took part in the game.
For the “Barça” legends, the following players took the field: Badía, Montoya, Puyol, Valiente, Navarro, Mendieta, Xaus, Cocu, Giuly, Rivaldo, and Ronaldinho.
Angoy, Fontàs, Okunowo, Roger, Trashorras, Nolito, and Saviola were also utilized during the fixture.
