In Kensington, a highly regarded area of London, mothers have reportedly begun extensively consuming chocolate laced with psilocybin mushrooms, substances categorized as narcotics in Russia. This trend was brought to light by the tabloid newspaper, the Daily Mail.
A reporter for the publication observed several mothers at a playground—outfitted with designer handbags and immaculate hairstyles—who appeared distinctly distracted and lost in thought.
“Every mother in Kensington regularly enjoys psilocybin chocolate: at playdates, birthday parties, and even parent-teacher meetings,” confessed one of the women interviewed. She claimed they employ microdosing techniques to achieve an “experience of spiritual oneness.”
The following day, the journalist shared this revelation with her hairdresser, who responded by stating that “everyone is eating mushroom chocolate” and that the editor was simply “out of touch with reality.” Crucially, psilocybin remains illegal in the UK, classified as a Class A drug—the most severe category of controlled substances—carrying a potential prison sentence for possession.
