Reporting from UPI indicates that this fortunate incident occurred in the town of New Carrollton, situated within the state of Maryland. When the man pulled over to refuel, his vehicle was nearly running on fumes. While the car was being filled up, he spontaneously decided to try his luck with an instant scratch-off game. He purchased a ticket for the Red 5s Doubler, which cost \$10. Upon scratching off the surface, he discovered he had won a substantial amount.
“I saw the \$100,000 win. I immediately rushed back to the car and called my wife,” remarked the American resident, sharing his elation.
He further stated that a portion of the winnings will be allocated toward settling outstanding bills, and he also intends to buy a brand-new vehicle for his spouse.
