For the triumphant side, Lautaro Martínez netted twice (in the 2nd and 52nd minutes), with additional goals contributed by Hakan Çalhanoğlu (45+2), Marcus Thuram (55), and Nicolò Barella (63). Roma’s goals came courtesy of Gianluca Mancini (40) and Lorenzo Pellegrini (70).
Inter (now on 72 points) snapped a three-game winless streak in the Italian league and maintains its lead atop the Serie A standings. Roma (with 54 points) occupies the sixth spot.
