The creation of this new mark was handled entirely in-house by the club’s own staff. The resulting design is the outcome of painstaking effort, blending the team’s historical background with contemporary standards for visual presentation and branding.
This updated graphic framework is built upon reinterpreting crucial motifs that have appeared throughout the team’s history. Incorporated within the emblem’s design is a white circle, drawing inspiration from the symbol used in 1973, alongside a central letter ‘M’ shape that references the initial version from 1899.
Furthermore, designers integrated sweeping, energetic lines borrowed from the 1986 emblem and the signature double ring featured in the 1993 iteration.
According to spokespeople for “Marseille,” this visual refresh is paired with the launch of an updated official website. The club asserts that the new platform offers a more contemporary feel and improved user-friendliness for effective engagement with its supporters.
Management believes these adjustments will enable “Olympique” to solidify its distinct institutional character and establish a robust foundation for the organization’s future strategic growth for years to come.
