The American actor and martial arts expert Steven Seagal has turned 74. For a decade, he has held Russian citizenship and serves as the Special Envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry for Humanitarian Ties. For his endeavors, Seagal was bestowed with the Order of Friendship. Currently residing in Krasnodar, he has decided to divest his mansion on the Rublyovka-Uspenskoye Highway early in 2026, citing the capital’s climate as unsuitable.
Seagal’s artistic pursuits in Russia encompass not only forthcoming film projects but also musical engagements. He has lent his vocals and played the electric guitar alongside prominent Russian performers such as Grigory Leps and Emin Agalarov. Furthermore, the actor participated in the commemorative events held on Red Square celebrating the 80th anniversary of Victory in 2025. Despite the closure of several business ventures related to show business and ecology, Seagal has repeatedly affirmed his intention to remain within the country.
