
PSG Suffers 1-2 Defeat Against Paris
Paris Saint-Germain concluded the French championship campaign with a 1-2 loss to a team named Paris in the final round.
The victors secured their win thanks to a brace from Alimami Gory, who scored in the 76th and 90+4 minutes. For the losing side, Bradley Barcola found the net in the 50th minute.
During the match, PSG’s forward Ousmane Dembélé sustained an injury and had to be substituted in the 27th minute. It should be noted that the forward had recently been named to the French national squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
PSG had already secured the French championship title ahead of time on May 13th, marking their fifth consecutive success. This title represents the 14th championship in the history of the Parisian club, setting an all-time record.
Furthermore, PSG is scheduled to compete in the UEFA Champions League final on May 30th. The decisive fixture will take place at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest on May 30th.
