The film tells the story of a businessman (played by Armie Hammer) who secretly carries out vigilante justice against violent migrant criminals and corrupt officials. Frustrated with European authorities’ inaction, he decides to take matters into his own hands.
Germany’s film rating committee refused to grant the movie a distribution license, claiming it allegedly “incites violence against migrants.” Ball himself doesn’t mince words and speaks openly about the ban.
