SpaceXAI has announced the launch of a dedicated support program for Starlink users in Memphis, where its Colossus data centers are located. Under this initiative, the standard monthly subscription fee is halved for both new and existing customers.
Additionally, new subscribers within the program’s coverage area are exempt from the initial equipment fee: the Starlink home internet kit is provided with no upfront costs.
The discount is automatically applied to the bills of users whose service addresses fall within specified Memphis districts. There is no need to adjust settings or submit applications—the reduced price will appear in the next billing cycle and will remain in effect as long as the user stays within the program’s coverage zone.
It is also noted that participants can earn an extra discount through the Starlink referral program: when friends or relatives in the same area sign up, both parties receive one month of free service.
The initiative is positioned as a form of local community support tied to the company’s infrastructure, aimed at expanding access to satellite internet in the region.
Colossus is the world’s most powerful supercomputer for training artificial intelligence, built by Elon Musk’s xAI. It is located in Memphis, Tennessee.
