The Philadelphia Eagles have suffered a massive blow ahead of their upcoming game against the Carolina Panthers. Star quarterback Jalen Hurts has been officially sidelined after being diagnosed with a blood clot in his calf. Hurts delivered the unexpected news to second-string quarterback Tanner McKee, who will now step up as the starter. This medical emergency adds to a growing list of critical NFL injuries for the Eagles, who are already playing without sidelined stars Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith during a highly turbulent season.
