For people leading a sedentary lifestyle, especially office workers, gastroenterologists recommend paying attention to cocoa. In a recent study, scientists observed 40 healthy young men and women, half of whom were in good physical shape, and the other half were less fit. Each person drank either cocoa with a high flavanol content ($\geq 695$ mg) or a drink with a minimal level (5.6 mg), after which they remained motionless for 2 hours. After consuming the drink with low flavanol content, both groups showed signs of impaired artery function and increased blood pressure.
