GS Flex is licensed under the terms of the SIL Open Font License. Attribution is not required, and the only imposed condition is the prohibition of selling the font itself. By the way, well-known typefaces such as Roboto and Open Sans are already present in the Google Fonts catalog. Google has made its proprietary font GS Flex publicly available, which is now available for free download through the Google Fonts service.
