In contrast, a steady routine assists in aligning the body’s internal clock with joint function, as reported by the journal Nature Communications.
Morning sessions offer distinct advantages. These activate light-sensitive areas of the brain, initiating awakening processes and boosting metabolic activity within connective tissues. Researchers pointed out that circadian rhythms are present not only in cardiac and adipose tissue but also within intervertebral discs. Maintaining a set schedule has the potential to slow down bone mass reduction in older adults and individuals with arthritis. Further trials involving human subjects will be conducted to refine specific advice regarding optimal training times.
