The point guard and leader of the “New York Knicks,” Jalen Brunson, was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2025 NBA Cup after his team’s victory in the tournament final. The “Knicks” secured a win over the “San Antonio Spurs” with a score of 124:113.
In the decisive contest, Brunson tallied 25 points, provided eight assists, grabbed four rebounds, and made two blocks while shooting 11 of 27 from the field. Across all of his team’s games en route to the championship, the two-time All-Star averaged 34.8 points and 5.4 assists, with shooting percentages of 55.8% from the floor, 50% from three-point range, and 67.6% from the free-throw line.
