A German national recounted his supposed encounter with the Devil in Hell following a suicide attempt that left him comatose. The details of this experience were reported by the publication Daily Mirror.
Gerhard Schug, the German man, remained unconscious for five days, during which time he claims to have been in a dark, desolate location where he witnessed terrible sights, including the Devil himself.
“He was looking down at a pier extending out over the water. Old boats, resembling Japanese vessels, were mooring on either side of it. These boats were ferrying souls to the Devil,” the man recalled.
Upon recovering from the coma, Schug fundamentally altered his perspective on life and has since abandoned any thoughts of suicide.
