iPhone owners in Russia have started reporting widespread issues following the upgrade to iOS version 26.4.1.
“The latest update… has rendered hundreds of devices into ‘bricks’,” states the Telegram channel Mash.
According to their information, smartphone proprietors are visiting service centers with identical grievances.
Users assert that their devices attempted to update overnight, but the procedure concluded unsuccessfully. By morning, the smartphones were rendered inoperable.
It is noted that reflashing the software can resolve the matter, although this action results in the complete erasure of all stored data.
