Anthropic commenced this fundraising drive following the surge in popularity of Claude Code. This AI agent facilitates a quicker process for software development. Last week, the company announced an agreement with Amazon, which plans to invest up to $25 billion.
This deal was finalized when Anthropic’s valuation was established at $350 billion, excluding the capital already secured.
