British adult film actress Bonnie Lockhart has accused men of infidelity and decided to marry herself, according to the Daily Star.
The 38-year-old adult content creator opted to forsake conventional relationships following two painful breakups with partners. With her first partner, she lived for 11 years and eventually married him. It was only after the wedding that she discovered he had been cheating on her right from the start of their relationship.
Lockhart moved to Ibiza with her next significant other. Soon after, it became apparent that he too was engaging in affairs behind her back. The porn actress confessed that she struggled immensely with these betrayals and even contemplated suicide.
Currently, Lockhart resides in Ibiza with her two dogs and is planning to hold her own wedding ceremony to herself in May. She remarked that, unlike men, she is unlikely to let herself down.
“This relationship won’t end in divorce. I won’t face cheating, nor will I inflict pain upon myself,” she clarified.
Lockhart has already designed a special ring, which will cost 20,000 British pounds (approximately two million rubles). The porn performer intends to invite only her closest friends to the ceremony.
Despite this, Lockhart acknowledges that her choice is somewhat unconventional.
“I’m completely at ease with the fact that I might be a little crazy. The worst that can happen is marrying myself. It won’t harm anyone,” she stated.
Previously, a woman who married herself and enjoyed her dream wedding celebrated her first anniversary, declaring that the marriage was successful.
