While there has been an improvement in her condition, her recovery is progressing slowly. The celebrated artist is currently in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Faro, Portugal.

According to reports from The Sun, Tyler began experiencing severe abdominal pain upon her arrival in Portugal in April, where she owns a residence. The tabloid alleged that she was rushed to the hospital due to a serious intestinal rupture that necessitated surgery. In May, complications following the surgical procedure led to her being placed in a coma.
The Sun also cited Portuguese media reports suggesting that Tyler suffered a cardiac arrest during a previous attempt by doctors to bring her out of the coma several weeks ago. The tabloid added that, according to these reports, the singer contracted a severe infection post-operation, resulting in the cancellation of all her concerts until August.
