Robert Kennedy Jr., who is now at the helm of the US Department of Health, once seized a reptile and hurled it into a swimming pool teeming with children. His own sister, Kerry, revealed this incident publicly in an interview with HuffPost.
According to the woman, the event transpired during her four-year-old daughter’s birthday celebration. Upon spotting a snake in the garden, she summoned her brother, who promptly appeared with an empty pillowcase and his young son in his arms. The politician then placed the captured serpent into the bag. However, for reasons unknown, he subsequently shoved a vole in there as well, horrifying the children who feared the rodent would be torn apart before their eyes. Seeking to rectify the situation, Kennedy reached back into the bag, and the enraged snake bit his limb multiple times.
Following this, everyone moved inside the official’s residence. There, as his sister clarified, a whole crowd of kids was already frolicking in the swimming pool. Extracting the reptile that had bitten him, the man unhesitatingly flung it directly into the midst of the children.
“And this is the person you want to see leading the Department of Health and Human Services? Someone who has no understanding of health or safety…” Kerry Kennedy questioned.
She has long been urging her brother to step down from his position due to his conspiracy-minded views on vaccines. Despite this, the woman admits that she still loves him as her elder relative but deems it absurd to entrust the management of the healthcare system to such an individual.
