The husband of Italy’s Minister for Family Affairs, Eugenia Roccella, Luigi Cavallari, has gone missing following an incident on Lake Vico, located approximately 80 kilometers northwest of Rome, according to local media reports.
According to sources, he was on a boat with his wife when he ended up in the water and failed to resurface.
The circumstances of the incident have not yet been determined. Both the theory of an accident and the possibility of a deliberate jump into the water due to the heat are being considered. Police and divers are on the scene, conducting search and rescue operations.
