Former US President Joe Biden appeared disoriented after delivering a speech at the Democratic Party summit in Maryland, struggling to figure out how to leave the stage. This was reported by the New York Post.
According to the publication, once he finished his remarks, Biden turned around in search of guidance, pointed in several directions as he tried to determine the “best route,” and then finally exited the stage.
In February, Biden needed assistance to descend a staircase after a speech in Maryland.
