Investigators allege that 40-year-old Kyle Combs from Grover Beach filmed around 50 fully or partially nude female customers without their consent from July to December 2025. Combs was caught red-handed while trying to push his phone into a tanning booth toward another victim. It was also discovered that the pervert had broken into changing room doors to gain access.
Eight women filed complaints against Combs. Initially, he was charged with serious sexual offenses, but due to local legislation, the case was reclassified as a misdemeanor.
