
American singer Post Malone will headline the closing ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as announced by the FIFA press service.
“We are incredibly excited to see stars from both the world of football and the entertainment industry take part in this event. The ceremony will deliver an unforgettable experience, bringing together the passion of 48 teams, 16 host cities, and millions of fans,” the official statement reads.
The 2026 World Cup final will take place on July 19 in East Rutherford. The closing ceremony is scheduled to begin one and a half hours before the opening whistle. It has already been confirmed that actor Tom Cruise, singers Nicole Scherzinger and Robbie Williams, as well as content creator IShowSpeed, will be part of the lineup.
Additionally, during the halftime of the final match, a historic show will feature performances by Justin Bieber, the group BTS, as well as singers Shakira and Madonna.
