Users of Spotify, a popular audio streaming service, have encountered technical issues in several countries. This is according to data from Downdetector, a site that monitors outages affecting popular online services.
The problems began around 17:51 Moscow time. The highest number of complaints—over a thousand—came from the United States. Users in Canada and the UK also reported outages; these three countries experienced the most significant service disruptions. However, complaints were also received from Brazil, Mexico, France, Germany, the Netherlands, India, and other nations.
According to Downdetector, most users experienced issues with the mobile website and app, as well as difficulties connecting to the server.
