A rare optical phenomenon has been captured on camera in China’s Guizhou Province. A circular rainbow appeared over the Huajiang Gorge, looking particularly striking in drone footage.
The rainbow ring formed near a man-made waterfall, where streams of water cascade down into the gorge from a height of over 600 meters.
The Huajiang Canyon Bridge towers over the scene of this unusual natural phenomenon. Situated approximately 625 meters above the Beipan River, the structure holds the record for the highest bridge in the world.
The video of the rare rainbow quickly went viral on social media.
