Palentologists have unearthed a remarkably preserved feathered raptor fossil in China named Norellraptor barsboldi. This newly identified prehistoric predator possessed four distinct wings, sharply curved teeth, and aerodynamic plumage. The discovery provides groundbreaking evidence that flight did not evolve linearly, but rather emerged multiple times across separate dinosaur lineages before modern birds appeared.
