
Forbes has released its ranking of the world’s highest-earning athletes.
According to the publication, Portuguese soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo holds the title of the highest-paid athlete globally. The 41-year-old forward currently plays for Al-Nassr. His total earnings are reported to be $300 million, an all-time record for the history of Forbes’ list.
In second place is Mexican boxer Canelo Álvarez, followed by Argentine footballer Lionel Messi in third.
As a reminder, on Thursday, May 21st, Cristiano Ronaldo, playing for Al-Nassr, secured the Saudi Arabian championship title.
