The integrated ice storage compartment offers automatic dispensing. Users simply need to press a button, eliminating the need to manually break or retrieve ice. Xiaomi states that the container can hold over 40 ice cubes at once and features insulation to slow down melting.
For dispensing hot water, a 2050W heating system is employed. The company claims that the device can heat water in approximately three seconds. Users have the option to select pre-set temperature modes or manually adjust the temperature from 40 to 90 degrees Celsius via the Mi Home app.
Hygiene has also been given special attention. The cold water tank and the ice compartment are equipped with an ultraviolet antibacterial system. Additionally, automatic cleaning of internal tubes and containers using hot water is supported.
