Johnson & Johnson has announced robust new two-year clinical data from its Phase 3 ICONIC-LEAD study evaluating icotrokinra (ICOTYDE), the world’s first and only targeted oral peptide for plaque psoriasis. The long-term trials, presented at the Fall Clinical Dermatology conference, revealed highly sustained response rates in both adults and adolescents. Nearly 75% of participants achieved completely clear or almost clear skin at the two-year milestone, maintaining a highly favorable safety profile without the need for painful ongoing biological injections.
