Designer Abidur Chowdhury, who worked on the iPhone Air, has left Apple. In particular, the mentioned company OpenAI lured away about 20 Apple employees—designers, hardware engineers, and user interface experts. A series of departures also occurred in the user interface department led by Alan Dye. Most of the designers either retired or moved to other organizations, including Jony Ive’s own LoveFrom.
