Magnetic storms on Earth up to G2 level are expected on November 11, according to the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Space Research Institute (IKI). The impact from the first plasma ejection will cause G1-G2 level storms (weak and moderate storms) and intense auroras in the Eastern Hemisphere of the Earth. The second most powerful cloud will form a peak of magnetic storms in the G3-G4 range and will hit the planet at night or early in the morning of November 12. According to RAS specialists, G4 level storms were recorded twice in 2025 – on January 1 and June 1.
