
Moises Caicedo’s freshly signed deal extends until 2033. According to Transfermarkt, he and fellow midfielder Cole Palmer share the title of the club’s most valuable players, each appraised at €110 million.
The Blues have officially confirmed the extension of the contract for Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo, as announced by the club’s media department.
This revised contract with the player will now run through to the year 2033.
“My ambition is to secure more silverware with Chelsea and dedicate my complete effort to this club and its supporters. It is my aspiration to establish myself as a Chelsea legend, and I will relentlessly pursue making that a reality,” stated Caicedo.
The 24-year-old Ecuadorian has been part of the English club since 2023. Reports previously indicated that Chelsea acquired the footballer for a fee exceeding €133 million, setting a new benchmark transfer record for the English Premier League (EPL).
As valued by the Transfermarkt website, Caicedo, alongside the team’s midfielder Cole Palmer, stands as the most expensive player on the roster. Both their valuations currently stand at €110 million.
This season, Caicedo has contributed five goals and one assist across 42 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions. With the club, he has previously secured victories in the Conference League and the Club World Cup.
Furthermore, the player represents the Ecuadorian national team. He has netted three goals in his 60 appearances for the national squad.
