The World Travel & Tourism Council estimates that Persian Gulf nations are losing hundreds of millions of dollars daily due to transportation issues and reduced occupancy rates at hotels and resorts. This situation poses significant risks for the UAE, where tourism plays a major role in the economy.
Experts warn that a prolonged conflict could erode investor confidence and damage the region’s image as a safe destination for leisure and business.
