
Data from the European Space Agency’s Euclid telescope have provided new observational support for theoretical models of dark matter. Researchers identified a «periodic clustering pattern» in the large-scale structure of the universe — a repeating pattern that occurs roughly every 400 million light-years. While this does not prove the existence of dark matter directly, it offers the strongest observational evidence yet for models that predict dark matter exhibits oscillatory behaviour, effectively revealing a «heartbeat» in the fabric of the cosmos.
