In the United States they want to execute a man and a woman who kept four children locked up for several years, beat and raped them. The Attorney General of Florida intends to seek such a court decision, writes the New York Post.
We are talking about 51-year-old Keisha Epps and 37-year-old Tamra Stewart, who were in a family or custodial relationship with the children, the publication said. Their victims were two girls and two boys. Epps and Stewart kept the children locked in the truck. The man raped girls and beat boys when they tried to protect them.
The children were not allowed out of the truck even to go to the toilet; they were forced to relieve themselves in paper cups. Some of them were locked up for more than six years.
It was also reported that the children never received medical care.
Earlier in Ohio, police uncovered one of the worst cases of domestic violence in recent years. Police found 16 children, ranging in age from one and a half to 18 years old, locked in one room. It turned out that the children had been there for at least four years. They could not speak and lived in terrible unsanitary conditions.
