The sugar-free gummy combines 250 mg of PeptiSleep with vitamin C, tart cherry extract, zinc, and vitamins B1, B6, B12, and D3. Clinical trials with adults experiencing mild to moderate sleep impairment showed that PeptiSleep increased total sleep by approximately 40 minutes per night, boosted deep sleep by 17%, and REM sleep by 13%. The company emphasizes that the peptide works by regulating cortisol levels, offering a non-addictive alternative to sleep-inducing substances.
